Additional Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing different areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
